N.B.! A separate registration system must be used to register for Open University studies. Registration links are displayed in the course-spesific study programmes.

WebOodi instructions

Read the instructions carefully.

1. Log into WebOodi using your University of Helsinki username and password.

2. To access information about your studies, click on Completed studies or Failed studies under My studies.

You will be notified about the entry of completed studies into the student records via email to your helsinki.fi address unless you changed this information while registering. During your studies, you can change the information in WebOodi by clicking on your name to open a drop-down menu and then selecting Personal data -> Data which can be delivered to third parties (“Send email announcement when course credits have been registered”).

 

3. To request an electronic transcript of studies or a certicate of studies, select Transcript and Study Certificate from the Tools menu.

• To request a transcript, click on Order a transcript. A link to the transcript will be displayed on the page in a moment.
• Similarly, to request an electronic certificate of studies, click on Order a study certificate.
• Completion of studies and ordering official certificate of completed studies.

 

4. To discontinue using WebOodi, log out.
