Appeals

If a party required to pay a fee believes an error has been made in charging the fee, that party can request the authority responsible for charging the fee to rectify the error within the six months after the fee has been charged. The decision on a request for rectification can be appealed to the provincial court within whose jurisdiction the authority that charged the fee is located. The appeal period is 30 days from the date on which the appellant is informed of the decision on the request for rectification.
