Activating your limited user account using an online banking ID

Read these instructions first:

1. Enter your last name and Finnish personal identity number (also known as the social security number) in the fields at the bottom of the page.
   Your personal identity number should be entered in full (ddmmyy-1234).
   
2. Authentication: Select the authentication method by clicking on either Bank identification, Mobile certificate or Certificate card
   
3. Change your password

N.B.! If you have forgotten the username and password for your limited user account, you can obtain a new password and check the username for your account by following the above instructions.
